You Can Get Involved
Camp Braveheart needs partners and volunteers who have a heart and desire to support and walk alongside youth who are on this grief journey. Find ways you can get involved below.
All volunteers must come to camp early for training.
Volunteer Licensed Professional
Because of the details and experiences many of our campers have... it is important to have licensed counselors available to help. Please fill out the Application below.
Prayer Team
Prayer is the power that we rely on to support the campers, staff, and leaders of camp. We need your prayer support before, during, and after camp. If you and or your church would like to invest in camp in this way. Please contact us at campbraveheart@gmail.com
Volunteer Internships
Internship hours are granted to anyone in undergraduate and graduate colleges or universities. Interns should register as a Cabin Counselor. Please fill out the Application below.
Cabin Counselors
Living in a cabin with 8-10 campers is the most rewarding and important role at camp. As a cabin counselor, you will have the opportunity to truly do life in a community of grieving campers. You are the one that will restore the joy in their lives through laughter and play by recapturing their young season of life. If you are over the age of 18, love God with your whole heart and are fun, you can be a part of this ministry. You must come early for training before camp. Please fill out the Application below.
Camp Advocate
We need help sharing the power and impact of camp with others. You can help setup speaking engagements, facilitate conversations about camp and share stories with others. Please contact us at campbraveheart@gmail.com
Volunteer Residents
Residents, who have graduated with their Masters in counseling, can receive supervised hours for licensure by getting approval from their main supervisor for Martha Furman, LPC, LMFT to provide on-site supervision for the specialty of childhood grief. Residents should register as a Cabin Counselor. Please fill out the Application below.
Thank you for your interest in helping with our camp as a volunteer. We are looking for passionate individuals who have a heart to serve young people that are walking through their grief journey. We would love to hear why you want to help.
