REQUIRED Waivers
All Waivers must be signed and submitted by email to CampBraveheart@gmail.com to complete the Camper's registration.
No Camper can attend Camp without the signed Waivers.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Click on the button below to receive the Waiver Forms by email.
Then, either register another Camper or finalize your current registration; otherwise, all your information is not saved and you will need to begin from the very start.
You will need to request a Waiver Email after each child is registered.
Once email is sent, go back to your browser page to complete registration.
